There were scenes of utter full-time jubilation, as Mikel Arteta’s side maintained their unbeaten position, earned three more points and climbed the standings.

After the game, Ramsdale handed over his goalie top and football boots to a young fan who will remember this afternoon for the rest of his life.

It was a touch of class from the 23-year-old, who, months after arriving in north London, has already become a fan favorite.

Arsenal loyalists loved Ramsdale’s actions and spoke about his contagiousness.

Before Ramsdale arrived at the club, many fans wondered if he was the right fit for the job, both inside and outside the club.

Well, he’s already proving his money transfer fees and silencing those skeptics.

There are 28 games left of the season and Ramsdale has probably produced the stoppage of the season already.

His feline reflexes prevented James Maddison’s free kick near the top of the tubs, which was praised by supporters across the country, including one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time in Peter Schmeichel, as he reacted on Twitter during yesterday’s game.
