Arsenal supporters have spotted yet another transfer clue regarding Yves Bissouma’s future.
football.london understand the Gunners are keen to sign the Brighton and Mali midfielder this summer as the club brace for a huge squad overhaul.
Bissouma has had another great season with the Seagulls, which has earned him transfer links with Arsenal, as well as Liverpool – who are reportedly considering an energetic midfielder to replace outgoing Gini Wijnaldum.
According to Anfield Central, via ExpressLiverpool boss Michael Edwards has arranged a “transfer meeting” for the 24-year-old to meet club officials at the end of last week.
However, we may have just seen a big clue about Bissouma’s next destination on Instagram.
Titi Kone – a soccer freestyler who is followed by Bissouma, along with Nicolas Pepe and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – commented on the Brighton star’s latest post with a crown and love heart emoji.
A fan then responded to the comment by saying: “Arsenal fans will love Bissouma”, and Kone then said: “Yes Inshallah”.
Arsenal supporters, reacting to the comment, are becoming very excited that the midfielder could potentially move to the Emirates.
And in another potential boost, Brighton chief executive Paul Barber recently told The Athletic, via the Standard Evening, that the south coast club is ready to sell Bisouma if the right offer arises.
“I don’t see it as negative at all,” Barber said. “The more big clubs are interested in our players, the better we are, so I’m delighted.
