Arsenal fans love what Thierry Henry did in Belgium’s training session.
The Gunners icon retired from professional football around seven years ago when he hung up his shoes on the MLS New York Red Bulls side in 2014, but some recent images suggest the 43-year-old still has its magic touch.
Henry got a free kick just to the edge of the box, and on his “weaker” left foot he placed the ball in the upper right corner – the Belgian assistant coach leaving the goalkeeper stranded.
This unsurprisingly left Arsenal fans very excited, with the club icon once again showing off his fantastic abilities.
@Micah_footy said: “The best player of all time is arguing with your gate.”
@xFribbo said: “Take him out of retirement, put the contract on the table, give him what he wants @Arsenal.”
@ Afc14Azraf said, “I still have it. What can I say. Once a king, always a king.”
Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku couldn’t believe what he was seeing of Henry as he approached and jokingly led him away.
He then said: “Come on man, the top scorers in the record don’t need that! Come in, come in.”
Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne then added: “This is the problem we’ve been training for about half an hour.

“He just goes with his left and kills us!” And we have a game tomorrow!
Henry has scored 12 free-kick goals during his Premier League career for Arsenal, with only David Beckham (15) scoring more from the deadball situation.
The Gunners legend is currently Roberto Martinez’s number two in Belgium as the Red Devils look to fight for the Euro 2020 trophy this summer – and have got off to a perfect start, with two wins in as many matches so far. Belgium will face Finland tomorrow night in their final group match.
